Total First Year-Required Units: 56 quart er units + elective and one part-time clerkship.
Students must have: 1. health insurance (preferably UCSF); 2. professional liability insurance (American Casualty Co.); 3. hepatitis B series (last shot must be completed by 12/2008);4. demonstrate satisfactory completion of all of the first year courses with a 3.0 GPA at both UCSF and SFSU to be eligible to begin the full-time summer clerkships;.5.have the physical, mental and sensory skills to assure safety to the patient and to oneself when functioning in the role of a physical therapist. |

Requirements for Graduation and Eligibility to Take Licensure Examination I. Completion of a minimum of 155.5 quarter units with at least an overall GPA of 3.0 at each institution.II. Satisfactory completion of Comprehensive Exam, Oral Presentation and Publication Ready Case ReportIII. Validation of health insurance, liability insurance, Hepatitis B and TB immunizations.IV. Satisfactory completion of Clinical Clerkships.IV. Advanced to degree status.
